We decided to go to Western Village Cafe Bellini for breakfast today. I'm on Keto so not a lot of options so I ordered the Denver omelet. It didn't come with cheese (WHAT!) so I ordered it extra for .75 cents.
It came out hot (after our neighbors food who ordered after us.)
The cheese was on top instead of inside which was odd so it wasn't melty but crispy. There wasn't much ham and tiny pieces at that. The vegetables were plentiful and a little crunchy. Not the best omelet I've had but ok.
My companion finished off my hash browns in addition to his own!
The price is right and plenty to fill your belly here!

Do not order biscuits and gravy .....
    Gravy is absolutely horrible....
    Literally like dog food....
Everything else is ok... but Dennys would have been better....

Pretty bad service today. Not half full, servers chatting with each other. Several tables not happy.

We waited forever for a table, got our drinks quickly, then was basically ignored by server. 20 minutes to order??? That's baloney....and definitely not the good  service we've had before. Very disappointing.

Seems like lately both the service and food has gotten worse. But tonight was the last draw. Literally there was a fairly sizeable chunk of plastic cooked in to my dinner tonight.
Upon bringing it up all I got was a sorry. No offer to remake the food, no offer to take it off the tab, nothing. Sorry, but I'm not eating food I found plastic in.

This place has really gone down hill. This was my go to spot for a late night or early morning meal, but it is the second time I've had a bad experience here. We came on a Saturday evening, wait was about 15-20 minutes, they would text when ready. 30 minutes later I go up and ask, they had taken me off the list because I never responded; I never got any notification. They quickly seat us and apologize, 20 minutes go by before I flag down the manager walking by and ask if there's anyone to help us since we hadn't even been offered drinks. The manager profusely apologized and had a waitress help us. The waitress ended up ignoring us after taking our order, the manager came by a few more times and personally delivered our food and made sure we were doing ok.
Honestly, the amount of of time we waited was ridiculous and all for mediocre food too. I don't think I'll be back to eat here, the casino itself isn't bad, but this place has gone down hill for sure and no look of it getting better.
